Bluebell Vineyard Estates and SAGE & CO Floral Design have teamed up to bring you a fabulous afternoon workshop to learn floral design techniques, while enjoying a wonderful tasting of our award winning wines & local cheeses.

Join us in the beautiful surroundings of our vineyard with rolling views of our vines. During the workshop SAGE & CO’s founder, Vanessa, will guide you through the techniques of creating a stunning handtied bouquet and table centre. You will be taught how to select and condition flowers to promote long lasting blooms, spiral technique for creating handties, vessel choices and design for table centres.

The session will start with handtied bouquet arrangements. You will then have the opportunity to photograph your bouquet before dismantling it to create a second design. You will then be guided through creating a show stopping table centre, which you will be able to take home to adorn your own dining table.

Interspersed through the workshop you will also be guided through a tasting of 4 of our signature wines. Two sparkling wines and two still wines. Our expert guide will take you through each wine and be on hand throughout the workshop to answer any queries.

A cheeseboard of local High Weald Dairy cheeses will be provided as the perfect accompaniment to your afternoon of creativity and wine tasting.
